I’ve always believed that rest isn’t the opposite of ambition — it’s what fuels it.

For nearly a decade, I’ve built and scaled businesses, led teams, and helped founders grow through clarity, systems, and strategy. I know what it feels like to be driven, successful, and also deeply tired. The kind of tired that can’t be fixed with a weekend away or another productivity hack.

My own turning point came while traveling. I realized that every time I stepped away from my laptop and into a new environment — surrounded by inspiring women, nourishing food, and meaningful conversation — I didn’t fall behind. I came home more creative, more grounded, and more in love with my work than before.

That’s when I created Embark & Restore, a space for high-achieving women to experience the kind of rest that transforms you from the inside out. It’s not just a retreat; it’s a recalibration. A chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility.

I’ve always been a connector at heart. Whether I’m helping women build systems in their businesses, leading growth circles, or curating a villa full of women who become lifelong friends in just a few days, community is the thread that runs through it all.
